Welcome to Lots of Knobs! I started getting more into coffee about 2 years ago, particularly  espresso. Soon after buying my first espresso machine I realized there was so much more to know then what people tell you at the various box stores selling these machines. Espresso machines can range from very inexpensive to thousands of dollars for pro-consumer models and even more for commercial machines.

      I created this site with the intention of helping someone in there Espresso / Grinder purchase and/or to learn about making espresso, ideally one that tastes good too. I do not work professionally in the coffee industry nor am an expert in coffee. What you will find in on this site is purely my personal experience with espresso. I have included a reference page if one wanted to see more information directly from the sources.​
